💚 Learning That Includes Everyone
Every child communicates and learns differently. Some Deaf and hard-of-hearing children use New Zealand Sign Language, some use spoken or written language, and others use a combination of communication methods.
Our activities are being developed with visual instructions, clear text and sound-free interaction so children can participate without relying on hearing.
We also welcome hearing children, families and teachers to explore these activities and discover more inclusive ways to communicate together.
